Do you serve all of Greater Victoria?

Are you fully insured and WCB-covered?
Yes. Cleanly carries full commercial liability insurance and every team member is covered under WorkSafeBC. We're happy to provide proof of coverage on request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients give us access via lockbox, garage code, or spare key — all handled with a signed key-holder agreement. Someone can also let us in and leave; we lock up when we're done.
What products do you use?
By default we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products safe for kids, pets, and sensitive surfaces. If you prefer we use your own products, or need a specific product for allergy or surface reasons, just let us know.
How is pricing structured?
For residential recurring cleans, we quote flat-rate based on home size and cadence. For deep cleans, move-in/out, and post-construction, we quote flat-rate based on scope.
